About Jeff
Originally from Yoder, Wyoming, Jeff now calls Sheridan home, with his wife, whom he met just 10 days after moving here. Having attended tech school for draft and design in Perth, Australia for a year in civil and structural engineering, Jeff then worked at Schlagel Manufacturing for three and a half years, designing and building farm equipment. Now as Craftco’s controller, Jeff enjoys seeing the variety of work the company gets to do and loves coming in every day with the fun and talented team he has been a part of for over 14 years. In his spare time, you will find Jeff gardening and working hard on his favorite hobby – growing giant pumpkins!

Chris Jackson

About Chris
Bringing over 30 years of experience in management, sales, and marketing, Chris has been a part of Craftco 2015. Originally hired as the Sales Manager, he now serves as the General Manager. Chris’s favorite part of the job is getting to work with both customers and his co-workers. In his hometown of Gillette, Wyoming, Chris grew an appreciation for the outdoors and keeps busy when he isn’t at work by hunting, fishing and camping. Happily married, he and his wife have four children and ten grandchildren that they love spending time with.

About Brandan
Brandan joined Craftco in 2018. His passion for mechanical design and project coordination started in 2008 at Wyoming Completion Technologies. He played a crucial role in designing and manufacturing downhole oil tools, sparking a lifelong fascination with manufacturing. His pursuit of education encompasses Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Business Leadership and Management. His professional roles range from drafting and project management. At Craftco he provides oversight to the estimation, design, and project coordination teams,
transforming ideas into successful, tangible projects. Beyond his professional sphere, Brandan cherishes his downtime with his family, often venturing into the mountains for off-road adventures or channeling creativity into house projects,
reflecting his love for both family and craftsmanship.

Operations Manager
About JC
Craftco Operations Manager, JC, has been with the company for four years (since 2018) now. JC brings with him a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Welding from the School of Mines South Dakota. Previously, JC worked in the mining industry for more than 12 years. When he isn’t hard at work, JC is camping and loves finding a new spot each time in the Bighorns. Having moved frequently throughout his life, when the opportunity to work for Craftco came up, JC packed up and moved again to Sheridan where he has been ever since.

About Sal
Salvador has been a part of the Craftco team for two years now, and truly enjoys people and creating long-term working relationships. As a graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman, MT he moved to Sheridan WY in 2004 to work in the hospitality industry. His love for working with people and his contribution in achieving a common goal led him to sales and customer relations. He really enjoys the wide variety of work that Craftco does and the wonderful people involved along the way. Away from work, Salvador likes nothing better than spending time with his wife and daughter, especially outdoors.

About Josh
Josh joined the Craftco Team in 2018 and carries decades of experience in the steel and metal industry. After 15 years away from Sheridan, Wyoming, Josh returned and is currently one of our Production Managers. Armed with a welding degree from Sheridan College and a CWI AWS D1.1 certification, Josh isn’t just building and creating at work—it’s also his hobby! When he’s not busy with work, Josh enjoys spending time with his daughter and cherishes the companionship of his dog, “Marbles”, who has also become our company mascot

Prep & Fabrication Shop Supervisor
About Ben
Ben moved to Sheridan from Wisconsin in 2018 and has been at Craftco ever since. Originally hired as a mechanic, he quickly assumed the responsibilities of Supervising the Prep shop. Now he Supervises both the Prep and Fabrication Shops. Outside of work he loves to hunt, fish, camp, 4-wheeling, spending time with the grandkids, exploring anywhere in the U.S. Along with this he loves building and fixing most anything.

About Sam
Originally from Iowa, Sam and his wife moved to Wyoming in 2018 after graduating from Iowa State University. Growing up around dirt track racing, sprint cars and flat track bikes were a common sight in the family shop. Sam joined the Craftco team in the fall of 2023. Wearing a couple different hats at Craftco, he enjoys the diverse range of work and strong team culture at Craftco. Outside of work Sam enjoys hunting, gardening and spending time with his wife and son.

About Colton
New to Craftco in May 2024, Colton carries a background and experience as a credit analyst in the banking world, earning his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Finance from the University of Wyoming. In his down-time, Colton enjoys hunting, fishing, camping from the local Bighorn Mountains to mountain ranges all over the state of Wyoming.

About Brenda
While at work one day in Columbia, Connecticut, Brenda’s husband called saying he had purchased his parents’ home in Sheridan, Wyoming! They decided to find work and make Sheridan their new home. For more than twelve years now, Brenda has brought her knowledge and talent from Eastern Connecticut State University and experience in the business world to the Craftco team. She loves her job and getting to work with such a fun and loyal group of people. At home, Brenda geeks-out on computer games and enjoys spending time with her husband.
