A CUSTOM SOLUTION

Case Study

The community of Sheridan is very proud of Sheridan High School athletic teams. Recently, a staunch community supporter passed away and the longtime activities director/head football coach retired, so the school district decided to rename the high school’s football stadium press box in their honor. Craftco received a direct call from the administration facilities manager for Sheridan County School District #2 inquiring about our interest in manufacturing signage for the renamed press box. The main issue was the tight deadline– the signage was needed within a week.

Craftco’s work ethic and service mindset made us the perfect company to accept the job. With the attitude of, “Let’s figure out what you need and then get it done,” Craftco staff brainstormed solutions. The process plan included drafting, procuring materials necessary, calling a powder coater, and organizing installation. To start the process, a local construction company sent the initial signage plans to Craftco. Next, Craftco drew the design in one day, cut and welded materials the next day, and sent it to be powder coated the day after that. Finally, it was delivered back to the construction company to be installed in time for the dedication ceremony at a Friday night football game.

Craftco’s incredible turnaround capability meant the customer received the finished product within the tight deadline and demonstrates Craftco is a company that places important value on service. After receiving the initial call on Wednesday, October 3rd, Craftco had the signage built by Friday, October 5th, and the construction company had it installed on Tuesday, October 9th. The willingness to prioritize & accommodate the needs of our clients’ makes Craftco a manufacturing company that’s purely dedicated to superior customer service.
